Once your
application has been approved, you need
to sign your Broadcaster contract and a
copy of this Broadcaster Guidelines
before you can began to broadcast on our
network.

A
broadcaster must be of good character
and adhere to a code of honor as
well as wholesome values and
ethics. You could break this contract
by airing content containing graphic
sex, hard or soft porn, nudity, or
extreme violence, or any content that
could be classified as obscene. In
addition you may not offer miracles for
money, air hateful or vulgar comments,
air cursing or the use of obscenities,
or use copyrighted works, content,
talent or music without express written
permission.

You MAY
offer your books, products, and other
services for sale in commercials on your
program, and you may recruit sponsors.

You MAY
ask viewers for donations.

Unless you
are airing potions of your content for
marketing purposes, we require that you
not duplicate your programming or
your channel on competing
websites or broadcast platforms without
express written permission.

You will
be trained and expected to upload your
content to our platform yourself.

Make
monthly or other payments to us through
paypal.

You will
receive a $50 referral fee for
recruiting accepted programmers.

Do not use
music that is not royalty free or
without express permission. Please
provide us with all your music
permissions or have them available to
our office for review.

Please get
written permission to film/record all
talent or interviews. (We can provide
permission forms upon request.) Please
provide us with permissions or have them
available to our office for review.

You have
the option to call Linda Shepherd’s
office (Colorado Bureau) to help you
produce openings and commercials in
accordance to her set fee for such
services.
